PPMS provides asset management and consulting services for conventional and renewable asset owners in the power generation industry. PPMS is an experienced team of professionals offering commercial, finance, accounting, tax, and compliance management services.  We tailor our services to meet your needs, and we offer solutions in the areas of development, construction, and operations management, as well as project due diligence.

What We Do: 

We focus on optimizing commercial performance and maximizing distributions by understanding the technical and regulatory issues that underly success. We leverage our longstanding relationships with O&M providers, energy managers, equipment manufacturers, and EPC contractors to enhance asset value. We serve as your strategic partner, offering solutions from the 40 assets we have managed.

PPMS History: 

PPMS was formed in 2006 to support the needs of power plant owners in managing the day-to-day business operations of their plants.  We have expanded our capabilities over the years to provide construction oversight, development support, and detailed compliance and regulatory oversight.  In 2018, PPMS expanded into managing wind projects and in 2023 we added solar and carbon capture and storage clients. Over the years, PPMS has managed a variety of facilities utilizing natural gas, coal, waste coal, liquid fuels, biomass, wind, and solar.
